As nervous first-time homebuyers and parents-to-be, Grace expertly and patiently guided us through the process of purchasing our first home in early 2006. She has remained a valued presence in our lives since then, coming to our home to welcome our son who was born in October 2006, representing immediate family on their home sale in late 2006, and then representing us again in the fall of 2007 when we decided to sell in order to relocate.

The only stable thing in life sometimes is where you lay your head down in the comfort of your own home. How do you feel when there is panic of not having just that? We think it's always best to go through the proper channels when doing anything, especially when you are interested in buying your own home. The stressful predicament we were in was buying through a private sale and it didn't work out. We had both given notices at our apartments and moved half of one apartment into the basement of the house. Never move too fast! The deal didn't work so we moved things into storage. The worst was what to do with a 70 gal. aquarium full of fish. The end of the month is coming and we both have no place to live. We called Grace Beyer from RE/MAX. She was so fast at taking action, we didn't know what hit us. She changed appointments just to accommodate us. We were looking for a house with specifics in a certain area. She drove around to look and got us into see houses as fast as possible. She would check every possible detail and guided us through every step with promptness and accuracy. We found our house in 3 days, just what we wanted, in the right area. Deals were made and it was ours before we could turn around. It took only 2 1/2 weeks from the deal until we were happy in our new home full of boxes. Our slogan for this whole ordeal would be "BEYER IS BEST". Our hats go off to you, Grace Beyer! Scot and I have bought and sold many houses over the years. During that time, we have never felt any loyalty to our Realtor....that is until now. When we moved to Saskatoon in 1995, we were lucky enough to meet Grace Beyer.
We arrived with only 2 days to find a house. Grace spent the weekend with us and before we left, we had purchased the perfect house for our family. Because we had to return to B.C., Grace helped us set up a mortgage, lawyer, insurance broker and everything was in place for us when we returned to move into our new home.
In 1999, we sold our house through Grace and because of her accurate listing ability, we were able to sell our home within 1 week. We also purchased our present home through Grace. Because of Grace's insistance that we have a building inspection as a condition, we discovered the heat exchanger on the furnace was cracked and had to be replaced. The exchanger was replaced by the seller saving us the expense and danger of a faulty furnace.
